What You'll Do

As Chief of Staff at Arcus, you’ll work closely with our founders and the rest of the team to accelerate the business and growth of the company. You would be the first business hire in a top-tier technical team and be responsible for owning strategic priorities in the business, scaling our commercials and operations and working closely with our CEO/CTO to define and execute top-level strategy. This role would span across commercial and go-to-market, marketing, business development, product strategy, operations and more; it is likely to change with the growth of the business.

The ideal candidate is highly ambitious and driven and can marry strategic thinking and in-the-trenches, scrappy work. This role is expected to graduate into a leadership role in the company and the ideal candidate would have the potential and drive to head a function of their interest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO/CTO across strategic and commercial priorities of the business.
  • Define and execute on a broad range of priorities and initiatives to accelerate the business from go-to-market to product marketing to operations and more.
  • There are few responsibilities outside of the realm of this role (besides for engineering).

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting, banking or early-stage technology role.
  • A technical foundation with a degree in computer science, engineering, math or similar.
  • You have a demonstrated track record of excellence, across any field or domain (not necessarily related to the role).
  • Exhibit a strong passion for taking ownership, continuous learning and personal growth, with a willingness and ability to roll up your sleeves and work on the day-to-day priorities of the company.
